Block home screen changes
"Lock Home Screen" prevents children from arbitrarily adding/deleting icons and widgets on the home screen or changing home screen settings.
Specifically, it supports the following operations:
1. It prevents long-pressing on app icons, ensuring that icons or widgets on the home screen cannot be moved or removed.

2. It blocks access to menus such as changing wallpapers, adding widgets, hiding apps, and home screen settings.

3. It prevents the "Uninstall" option from being selected, ensuring that children cannot arbitrarily delete apps installed on the device. It is also necessary to configure settings for "Block System Settings," "Block Play Store," and disable "App Management" within the Child Mode features.
