"Always allow in permitted time slots" feature cannot be clicked.

"Always allow during permitted time" feature is only meaningful when restricted time slots are set in the <Usage Time> tab, so this button is disabled when the weekly schedule or restricted features are turned off.
To enable this, follow the steps below:
1. Turn on Usage Time Limits
2. Turn on at least one "Restrict Feature"
If you want to set KakaoTalk to "Always allow during permitted time" but do not turn on "SNS Restriction" (which includes KakaoTalk), it will remain accessible even during restricted time periods. Please consider which category your target apps belong to when configuring "Restrict Features."
