Causes for the deactivation of accessibility (enhanced monitoring)
Accessibility permission is one of the essential permissions required for Mobile Fence to function properly. If this permission is disabled, various issues may occur; the most significant of these are an increased risk of Mobile Fence being neutralized and the failure to monitor visited websites.
How to Restore Accessibility

Causes for Accessibility Permission Disabling
1) 'Accessibility Shortcut' feature is turned on
If there is a 'human-shaped' icon or a Mobile Fence icon on the child's device as shown in the screen below, this feature must be disabled because the accessibility permission can be toggled on and off via this icon. Please refer to the link below for instructions on how to disable it.
2) Mobile Fence has been forcibly terminated
If the 'Accessibility Shortcut' feature is not enabled, but the permission is repeatedly disabled, all the following items must be checked.
• Because "Block System Settings" and "Block Safe Mode" are not enabled, the child can access the device settings, forcibly stop Mobile Fence, or disable permissions. To prevent this, you must apply anti-neutralization measures.
• The "Accessibility" permission can sometimes be disabled when the device performs battery optimization, regardless of any neutralization attempts. To prevent such issues, setting "Battery Optimization Exclusion" can be helpful.
• The Mobile Fence app may be stopped by RAM management apps such as Greenify, Clean Master, or Battery Booster. The moment the app is stopped, the accessibility permission for Mobile Fence is also disconnected. You can prevent these battery management apps from forcibly stopping Mobile Fence by simply revoking the accessibility permissions of those apps.
