Island and shelter apps are types of "duplication apps" that, when used, prevent the monitoring of app usage time.

Duplication apps are designed to be automatically blocked when "Block Settings" is enabled. However, if the "Block Settings" rule has ever been disabled, and the Island/shelter app is already configured, you must uninstall the app by following the steps below.

Afterward, even if the child reinstalls the app, it will be blocked from the moment it is first launched, preventing any relevant configuration and rendering it unable to function as a duplication app.

1) Uninstall the installed Mobile Fence app. You must delete the app to access the Work Profile menu.

2) On the child's device, go to Settings → Tap Work Profile

3) Delete the Work Profile

*If the screen above is not visible, please follow this path: [Settings on child's device → Accounts and backup → Manage accounts → Click "Work" at the bottom → Delete Work Profile].

4) Long-press the duplication app (Island/shelter, etc.) → Uninstall

If the "Work Profile" menu is not visible via the path above, you must open the Island app and delete the "Work Profile":

1) Open the Island app on the child's device
2) Click the menu button in the top right corner
3) Settings → Scoped Settings → Island
4) At the bottom of the screen, tap Destroy Permanently → Destroy → Delete Work Profile
5) Long-press the Island app on the home screen and select 'Uninstall'

If the "Work Profile" menu is not visible in Settings, deletion is impossible within the Island app, but a "Work" tab exists on the "View App List" screen as shown in the image below, you must perform a factory reset.
