Disable screen lock for "wake from sleep mode" function operation

If the device is not used for an extended period, it enters "Sleep Mode," during which location tracking is not possible. We provide a "Wake up from Sleep Mode" feature to disable this state. However, if a screen lock PIN/pattern is set on the device, the "Wake up" feature will not function regardless of the device model. If you must use this feature, you must change the screen lock settings on your child's device to "Swipe" or "None" as shown below. Afterward, enable the "Block Settings" feature to prevent your child from changing this setting.
Settings → Lock Screen → Screen Lock Type → Swipe or None
• If your child requires a screen lock, please search for "PIN Lock Screen" in the Play Store and install a screen lock app so they can lock the device with their own password. Installing such an app will not affect the "Wake up from Sleep Mode" feature. • Set the screen lock app to "Always Allowed" to ensure it is not blocked due to usage time limits or other reasons.
• The screen will turn off after the device's "Screen Timeout" period (Figure 2), and battery will be consumed during that time.
• The "Wake up from Sleep Mode" feature is only available for "Real-time Location Tracking" and cannot be automatically applied to "Periodic Location Tracking."
• This feature is available from v4.5 and is an experimental feature; normal operation is not guaranteed on all devices.
• Set the screen lock app to "Always Allowed" to ensure it is not blocked due to usage time limits or other reasons.
