Blocking specific SMS numbers

Mobile Fence does not provide a feature to block incoming or outgoing text messages from specific numbers. However, you can use the 'Block Numbers' feature provided in the default messaging app to block messages as shown below. Please note that only 'incoming block' is possible, and 'outgoing block' is not supported.
Child's device Messaging app → Settings → Block numbers and spam → Block numbers → Register the number to be blocked
After configuring the settings above, you should enable "Block Messaging Settings" in Mobile Fence to prevent your child from accessing messaging settings and modifying the block rules you have set.
