To check the call and text history, the MDM agent must be activated and the plug-in file must be installed.

For text monitoring, you must enter keywords in the "Dangerous strings to monitor" field. If you have entered keywords but still cannot see the content of the text messages, please check if the Chat+ feature is enabled in your messaging app. Text monitoring does not work if Chat+ is in use.
