Mobile Fence subscription payment and upgrade
Mobile Fence is a paid service that offers a 30-day free trial. If you wish to continue using the service after the trial, you must make a payment within the period. If there is no separate request, the service will automatically terminate and will not be charged automatically.
1. Pricing
The Family3 license costs 63,000 KRW per year. On the payment page, you can select a subscription period in units of 3 months (no discount), 6 months (10% discount), or 12 months (25% discount). Family3 allows you to manage up to 3 devices, and Family5 allows up to 5 devices. Family3 is the most commonly used plan for standard households.
2. License Extension
If you need to extend your license, you can make a payment directly by clicking the Extend Period button on the payment history page. Automatic renewal is not provided, and we will notify you via SMS 7 days before expiration.

3. License Upgrade
If the number of devices you need to manage increases while using Family3, you can change to your desired license by clicking the Upgrade button on the Payment History page.
4. License Downgrade
Downgrading is not possible if there is time remaining on your current license. For example, if you are using Family5 and want to switch to Family3 because the number of managed devices has decreased, you can purchase the lower-tier license starting one day before your current license expires.
Q. I am using Family3 and have 2 children's devices and 1 parent's device connected. Do I need to upgrade to a higher-tier license if I add one more child's device?
A. No. The number of manageable devices is based only on devices where the Mobile Fence service is turned on. To prevent the parent's device from being counted, you can turn off the Mobile Fence service on the parent's device. Turning off the service does not affect the management of children's devices.
