Keep mobile data turned on

Here is how to ensure "Mobile Data" remains always on on the device. This prevents issues where your child might turn off data, making location tracking impossible.
On your child's device:
1. Settings → Connections → Data usage
2. Mobile data → On
3. Ask for network connection at boot → Off
Afterward, on your parent device: Log in to the Mobile Fence app → Child's Rule Settings → Apps tab → System Blocking → Notification Bar Blocking → On
