The "Find My Device" page provided by Google also offers a feature to remotely reset the device, and there are cases where children perform a reset to delete Mobile Fence. Mobile Fence provides a "Block Factory Reset" feature; if this feature is enabled, the reset will not actually proceed even if "Erase device" is clicked, so there is no issue. However, even if you use the app without enabling this feature, we block access to the "Find My Device" page (Figure 1) to prevent children from easily accessing it on their own devices and initiating a reset. Since children can still access this page by logging into their account from other devices or PCs, the most effective way to block device resets is to enable the Block Factory Reset feature.
