How to resolve issues when the MDM agent fails to activate

When attempting to activate the MDM agent, it communicates with the Samsung server, but in some cases, the loading screen may persist without completion. In this situation, please check if the following actions resolve the issue.
- Reboot the device.
- Open the Chrome browser on the device and verify that you can successfully access naver.com.
- If the device is connected to Wi-Fi while also having mobile data access, disconnect from the Wi-Fi network.
- Reinstall the Mobile Fence app.
If the issue persists even after following the steps above, you will need to perform a "Factory Reset."
