"Operation not permitted" error message when trying to turn on GPS

The error message that appears when you try to turn on GPS is caused by location-related restrictions in the Family Link app. You can resolve this as follows:
Please configure the settings as shown below.
On the parent's device, go to the Family Link app → "Screen time" menu at the bottom → Tap the child's device model name → Location → Turn all on
